  • Processing, charging and shipping your order, and following up on it.
  • Issuing your invoice (CFDI) and meeting tax and accounting obligations.

Only with those needed to fulfil your order or comply with the law:

  • Shipping and courier companies, to deliver your work.
  • Payment platforms, to process the charge.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and how we use it (Access), to correct it if it is wrong or incomplete (Rectification), to ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed (Cancellation), and to object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise them, write to hola@jorgereaktor.art with the subject “ARCO rights” and include:

  1. Your name and an email address or postal address where we can reply.
  2. An official ID (or your representative’s, plus the document that proves their authority).
  3. Which right you want to exercise and over which data.
  4. Any detail that helps us find your records (for example, order number or certificate number).

We will reply within the timeframes set by the LFPDPPP. Some data must be kept for tax purposes even after a cancellation request; if so, we will let you know.

You can also revoke your consent or limit the use of your data (for example, to stop receiving emails) through the same channel.

6. How long we keep your data

For as long as our commercial relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by tax and commercial law. The register of certificates of authenticity is kept permanently to guarantee the provenance of each work; your name can be removed from the register at your request.

7. How we protect your data

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures: restricted access to information, passwords and two-step verification on provider accounts, and an encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole site.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies it needs to work (session, language, shopping cart) and, where applicable, measurement cookies to understand in aggregate how the site is used. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; if you block the necessary ones, some features such as the cart may not work.
